Second level thinking can also be regarded critical thinking in someway, compare to the fist level thinking, it requires us to investigate more deeply , to know more backend logic from the market performance. I makes me release that invest in stock market is a logic learning and practice process and need to learn a lot.
Understanding Maket efficiency
What I'm impressed by this chapter is that market is unbeatable. Most of the time, we need to understand the theory and avoid to make big mistakes.
Value
Buy low, sell high. It's a simple sentence, however, it's vey difficult for us to know when to buy and when to sell, most of the time, we may do the opposite, thus why we need to keep learning, when you can know more than others, stick to hold what you believe, then even the stock value fall sometimes, you can have the patience to wait for it reach a reasonable price in your heart and you can earn more profit if you happen to decide sell it.
