Hey everyone ，Chelsea is here！
For this week I have been busy preparing for going aboard，my reading progress gets kinda stuck. So I will just randomly share some thoughts and highlight some sentences that give me the inspiration！
The writer says she has the relatives who always keep the old things ,but she is totally not this kind of people .So from the old things she chooses to keep (it must be carefully selected or something special ),she can precisely recall that period’s experience .
I am impressed by this plot（despite it’s not belong to the theme of the book hh) For I am just the person who “hold on to everything ”as she describes ,so I would always be drown by lots of stuff and it seriously affects my efficiency. It’s hard for me to say goodbye .
But imaging that I could “feel”the old time just by some few things I kept ，it would be a cool try to the discard the unnecessary old things！
And I think this sentence is very interesting
“ The movie montage version of this chore exists, I’ve never experienced it.”
It's a metaphorically speaking.它表示这个作者不怀旧 ，不喜欢收拾旧物， 假如有如电影版的收拾连续剧，那么她不一定会在每一集出现，甚至不会在电影里当角色。
It‘s more vivid by using metaphor ！
- The sentences give me inspirations：
“ I know running away from the pain and anxiety is way more risky than leaning in and locking eyes with it.”
“The limits of my language mean the limits of my world.”
“Without accurate language, we struggle to get the help we need, we don’t always regulate or manage our emotions and experiences in a way that allows us to move through them productively, and our self-awareness is diminished. Language shows us that naming an experience doesn’t give the experience more power, it gives us the power of understanding and meaning.”
“Our ability to accurately recognize and label emotions is often referred to as emotional granularity.”
“They can be beacons, not barriers, helping us identify what we most care about and motivating us to make positive changes.”
现代人描述情绪往往很模糊“anger”“sad”“happy”then done. 但情绪需要准确被感知，被描述，我们才能更好的进行self-awareness，让我们明白自己在乎什么，从而进行positive changes.
